Roswell Crossing set the standard of new retail and office development in Roswell. Completed in 2000, this shopping center located at the intersection of King Road and Highway 92 features nine different buildings, which encompass a blend of architectural styles that reflect the design criteria of the established residential area. Office space was incorporated into the 2nd story of retail buildings, offering a quaint working atmosphere. Combining office and retail together at Roswell Crossing tenders work/shop convenience in a pedestrian friendly environment. Anchored by OfficeMax, Outback Steakhouse, Pikes Family Nursery, Party City, PetsMart and Walgreens, this center offers a great selection of goods and services.
MetroGroup’s dedication to community-based development resulted in project approval in just one public meeting. We worked diligently with neighborhoods, council members and civic organizations to make certain the village-type project met their needs, and, at the same remained economically successful for investors and tenants. Through a successful public/private partnership, compromises were reached and a unique style of heavy brick with stone accents captured the hearts of Roswell.
