Hackett Crossing is a Craftsman-style office community located in the Village Corridor of Roswell on busy Highway 92. These unique offices create an inviting atmosphere for business owners who want to work close to their homes in a charming setting with convenient access to retail, restaurants and schools.
All of the buildings were sold prior to construction completion. Small business owners were eager for this opportunity that would fulfill their goals of a work/live balance. We personalized the buildings according to owner preferences and customized specific amenities to create an even more engaging work environment. Customization included: cozy kitchens to prepare lunch; outdoor porches and patios for dining and relaxing and work-out facilities. Hackett Crossing combines function plus convenience in a charming setting that demonstrates MetroGroup's unique vision.
The surrounding neighborhoods were once again very involved with both the architecture and landscaping design of this distinctive office environment. Seventeen oak trees on the site were preserved and complement the abundant landscaping plan. The true character of Roswell is captured in the Hackett Crossing office community.
